Our coded welders are world-class having built their reputation working to demanding standards with a broad range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super-duplex, aluminium, hasteloy, alum-brass, chrome moly and cupro-nickel.

Our 2700 square metr fabrication facility allows us to pre-fabricate pipe spools and skids for rapid installation on site. Materials are QA inspected on receipt, with stainless steel being segregated from carbon steel throughout the entire fabrication process. Pipe spools are fabricated, QA inspected, tested and shotblasted/painted to the requisite specification before being despatched to site. Full QA packs are available including weld maps, NDT maps, pressure test maps, full material traceability and weld & welder certification.
