Eskene Construction has 3 workshops, where the main fabrication work is carried out. All workshops have a modern collection of bending and cutting machines including laser cutting and welding equipment, which makes it possible to manufacture any metal structures to meet the requirements of the normative documents and standards of Republic of Kazakhstan. The total capacity is approximately 10 thousand tons of metal structures per year.
Only high-quality raw materials from the leading Kazakhstan, Russian and European manufacturers that meet international standards are used for the production of metal structures. To ensure the quality of the products, there is careful monitoring at all stages of production, from control of raw materials, control in the production process and final quality control of finished product, where inspection is carried out by quality control departments in Eskene Construction, helping to ensure the quality of the products produced. To ensure safety during transportation, for each order, a scheme is developed for its delivery (by road or rail), as well as a scheme for its packaging and loading.
