Current status and future plans:

• Construction and installation works are underway.
  Eskene Construction completed a large-scale scope for company Agip KCO for the structural Steel Fabrication and Erection of Pipe Spools for Karabatan the shortest deadlines. It required joint cooperation with remote site in Karabatan, designing and agreement of dimensions to get accurate steel structures. High quality steel as well as welding and painting, plus the best specialists were involved to produce an excellent product.
  Due to our innovation based plant we have managed to achieve targets and provide product in compliance with client’s specification.

The SoW includes:

• Fabrication of Pipe Spools
• Fabrication of Pipe Supports
• Piping Erection and Testing
• Piping Pre-Comissioning and Preservation
• Structural Steel Erection
• Cladding and Panel Erection of Industrial Buildings. ( ~8.000 tons ) • Erection of Water and diesels Tanks and hydrotesting.
• Sandblasting and painting of Tanks
• Insulation of Tanks
• Static Equipment Installation
• Pre-Comissioning and Preservation
• Rotating Equipment Installation
• Pre-Comissioning and Preservation
• General touch up painting and Insulation Works at site

Project goal:

• Construction of RLF (Non-Rail) for Eskene West Rail Project (EWRP)

Production capacity:

• Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection — 8400 ton , Fabrication and erection of Pipe Spools, in amount of 400.000 wdi
