Current Status and Future Plans:

Construction and installation works are currently underway. Future plans may involve completing the fabrication and installation of structural steel as per the project timeline and delivering the project successfully to Bechtel Corporation.

This project represents a significant undertaking in upgrading conprocessing and manufacturing facilities, with Eskene Construction providing its expertise in fabrication and field services to ensure successful completion.

Scope of Work (SoW) Summary:

1. Engineering: Providing engineering services for the project.
2. 2D/3D Modeling: Creating detailed models of steel structures, connections design, and shop drawings for fabrication.
3. Procurement: Sourcing raw steel plates and profiles as per project requirements.
4. Fabrication: Fabricating structural steel components in the Atyrau workshop.
5. Surface Treatment: Performing sandblasting and painting of fabricated steel for protection and aesthetics.
6. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ensuring compliance with quality standards through inspections and testing.
7. Delivery: Transporting fabricated steel structures to the project site.
8. Reporting: Providing regular progress reports to the client, Bechtel Corporation.
